Nano Flow’s Anti-NDM gold conjugate is based on a monoclonal antibody targeting New Delhi metallo-beta-lactamase (NDM-1), a key antimicrobial resistance marker found in Gram-negative bacteria. Validated as a detection antibody in lateral flow assays, it enables specific and reliable detection of NDM-producing bacteria. The corresponding capture antibody is also available, providing developers with a complete antibody pair for rapid test development.

Mouse anti-Rat IgG Gold

This conjugate shows no cross-reactivity with other carbapenemases, ensuring diagnostic accuracy in antimicrobial resistance testing. Produced on Nano Flow’s highly spherical 40 nm gold nanoparticles (OD20), it offers excellent reproducibility, stability, and strong visual signals in nitrocellulose-based assays.

Applications: Lateral flow assays (LF) and other immunoassay formats for antimicrobial resistance diagnostics.
Certificate of Analysis: Supplied with each batch, including TEM, DLS, and UV-Vis characterization.
